SMILE LASIK is a vision correction procedure that uses a customized big data analysis system and is performed through a minimal 2 mm incision in the cornea.
A customized low energy level of 110–140 nJ is applied to the cornea to create a smooth corneal surface.
Because no separate side cut is made, the procedure aims to reduce halos and nighttime glare while preserving the residual cornea.
Approximately 50 detailed examinations are performed before surgery, followed by postoperative progress monitoring.
