  My scalp has been feeling itchy and I've noticed an increase in dandruff compared to before, so I made an appointment and visited the clinic. The facility isn't very large, but as soon as I walked in, I got a sense that everything was well-organized. After checking in, I had a scalp examination right away, and while watching the screen, they explained to me that there was a lot of heat in my scalp and described the condition of my pores one by one, which made it easy to understand. During the consultation, it wasn't just them explaining things in a one-sided way; they asked about my usual shampoo habits and stress levels, which allowed for a more connected conversation. Instead of pushing for immediate treatment, they suggested first guiding me on management methods and monitoring the condition, which made it feel less overwhelming. The staff were overall very friendly, and the layout was simple, so I didn't feel overwhelmed. However, I thought the waiting area wasn't very spacious, so it might get a bit crowded during peak appointment times. Overall, it felt like a small but calm and stable clinic, which I thought was just fine for checking the condition of my scalp.
