I visited for irregular menstruation and prenatal check-ups, and I don’t think I’ll go back again. I’ve had irregular periods since my twenties and have been to various OB-GYNs in Incheon, but this was the first time I encountered such an uncaring and unfriendly clinic. I just can’t understand why the reviews are so good. The consultation before the examination felt very commercial, and it seemed like they were pushing unnecessary tests on me. I kept feeling like they were recommending out-of-pocket expenses. When I received my treatment, instead of an adequate explanation, the response was just to get an injection and be on my way. I couldn’t help but think that if I came here for my irregular periods, they would just give me an injection and that would be it. I was asked to settle the payment before my blood test, and after the test was done, there was no guidance. When I asked if I was done, they just said, 'Yes, you can go now.' I didn’t even get a receipt for my card, and they didn’t give me any documents for the health center either. It was definitely a clinic I don’t want to return to.

I made an appointment through Naver and visited for treatment of cystitis and polycystic ovary syndrome. The doctors were all very kind.

I visited the Apple Gynecology for a blood test. Actually, I went in for my first cervical exam, and after the ultrasound, they found a lump, so I had to get a blood test. I'm going back next week to get the results.
