Spot removal

The doctor is really kind here. It's laser treatment, not just acne extraction like a regular dermatologist. I was really stressed because I got scars after going to another clinic. After searching around, I found this place that specializes in it, so I decided to trust them and signed up for a 6-month treatment plan. At first, my face was oozing, but now after 2 weeks, it's improved a lot, except for some redness. I have to come in 7 times, every 2 weeks, and I feel like I'm going to get even better, so I'm really looking forward to it.

During the spot removal, they were attentive and explained things well, and I really appreciated the thoughtful care in their treatment. Next time I need a procedure, I'll definitely go back to Dr. Clean!

I found this place after searching for solutions for my severe acne and made an appointment. I think there was about a 5-minute wait, and I arrived a bit early, so I got to have my consultation around the scheduled time. I first had a consultation with the head nurse, where I was informed about the care I would receive, and then I met the doctor in the laser treatment room. Given my severe acne condition, we decided to start with initial antibiotic treatment, followed by taking oil control medication, and then proceed with laser extraction and pigment laser treatment. The doctor is very friendly. They checked the laser pain level on my hand and informed me about it, and encouraged me to ask anything I was curious about, explaining everything comfortably.
