The waiting room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All the staff are friendly! They provide thorough explanations, and thanks to that, I was able to undergo the surgery comfortably. I was quite indecisive between Smile LASIK and other options, but they recommended the best choice based on my eye condition... haha. I was scared during the surgery, but once it was done, I felt no discomfort or pain at all, and I took public transport home by myself! They did mention that everyone experiences different levels of discomfort, but I had no pain or sensitivity at all, which was wonderful.
