Ansan) Contour Injection

I'm sharing my experience after receiving a skin treatment from Dr. Min-Woo Lee at You & I Clinic in Ansan. My skin tone has always been dull, and I was bothered by spots and traces of minor breakouts every time I looked in the mirror. I felt limited with my own skincare routine, so I decided to visit the clinic. Dr. Min-Woo Lee personally conducted the consultation, thoroughly examining my skin and explaining the treatments suitable for my current condition, which gave me confidence. Without excessive treatment suggestions, I was recommended a combination of Pico Toner, Aqua Peel, LDM Water Droplet Lifting, and Rejuran Healer for improving my skin barrier. He calmly explained the effects, downtime, and post-treatment care for each procedure, making it easier for me to decide. I chose Rejuran Healer, and I had heard that it can be quite painful, so I was a bit tense even before the treatment. Before the procedure, a sufficient amount of numbing cream is applied, and we waited, which I felt was an important step. Once the numbing took effect, my skin sensation dulled, reducing my anxiety before starting. The actual procedure involves injecting the medication directly into the dermal layer of the skin, so even with numbing, there was some pain. Particularly in thinner areas like the forehead and around the eyes, there was definitely a stinging sensation, though the cheeks were tolerable. Personally, I would describe the pain as "not unbearable but not comfortable" either. The sharp sensation was repeated, but the treatment proceeded quickly, ending sooner than I expected. Right after the treatment, there were small, raised bumps like injection marks all over my face, accompanied by slight redness and warmth. The pain usually subsided quickly after completing the procedure, and within a few hours, the throbbing diminished significantly. By the next day, pressing gently would still cause some pain, but daily activities were not greatly affected. While there is definitely some pain involved in the treatment, considering the feeling of my skin revitalizing and the recovery process, I felt it was worth it. As many repeat patients say, it is a treatment I would be willing to choose again for the results. 🐕 Highly recommended!
