I tried using whitening toothpaste, but it didn't have much effect. My teeth were severely discolored, and I couldn't smile widely, losing my confidence. However, after professional whitening, the yellow discoloration and black stains improved significantly. My teeth felt a bit sensitive, but it got better in just a few days.
