  These days, my grandfather goes to the bathroom more than three times at night. He's fine during the day, but as soon as night falls, he keeps getting up and down from the bathroom, which makes it hard for him to sleep. He often wakes up because he has to urinate, and I'm worried he'll fall while going to the bathroom. So, I took him to Lady Urology Clinic as recommended by a friend. He underwent an examination, and the doctor explained that the cause of his nocturia is due to aging, which leads to decreased bladder and kidney function, as well as sleep disturbances. The doctor mentioned that increased urination at night can occur as we age. He advised us to manage his evening fluid intake and suggested that we should change his eating habits a bit.
