A zigzag incision is made along the hairline to minimize scarring while preserving existing baby hairs.

Considering the hair follicles and the direction of hair growth, diagonal incisions are made to prevent hair damage and allow the hair to grow naturally.

During the hairline incision, the frontalis muscle and supraorbital nerve are preserved to reduce pain and sensory damage.

Forehead reduction is performed using the method best suited to you, utilizing both bone tunneling and Endotine techniques.

More effective results can be expected through dual bone tunneling, which creates two tunnels through a single incision and secures the tissue twice.

Depending on the case, we recommend combining forehead reduction with a Forehead Lift.
