About This Treatment

Intraocular lens implantation surgery corrects vision by inserting a specially designed lens tailored to the patient's refractive error either in front of or behind the iris.

It can correct vision from mild myopia to high and ultra-high myopia, as well as astigmatism, while helping correct vision without damaging the cornea.

At Gangnam Central Eye Clinic, 3D diagnostic equipment and biometric nomograms are used to determine a personalized lens size and placement.

During surgery, only a minimal 2.0 mm incision is made in the cornea, helping shorten the recovery period.

    6 days post-LASIK, no pain and daily activities are possible! It looks a bit wobbly and there is some glare, but I'm monitoring it as the recovery period is one month. ✌️ It seems good!
