It’s not unfriendly at all… but there was a lack of personal connection. As someone who works in service training, I tend to notice these things^~;; The explanations for treatments and procedures cover all the necessary information accurately, but they feel very much confined to a set limit, nothing more and nothing less..ㅜㅜ For those who value facilities, size, and systems, it might be satisfying, but for someone like me who prefers a hospital with a personal touch, it may feel a bit dull~^^;;;

I was very worried since it was my first consultation for skin laser treatment, but both the manager and the doctor were very kind, so I felt confident getting the procedure done.
