About This Treatment
This is a surgery that makes an incision through the inner conjunctiva to reduce visible scarring from under-eye fat repositioning.
After dissecting the tear trough area, the fat is repositioned and secured at an appropriate location to flatten the under-eye area.
The method used places the repositioned fat below the periosteum and secures the septum to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
