  I started noticing that traffic lights looked blurry while driving, so I visited the eye clinic. After registration, I explained my current symptoms and first underwent an automatic refraction test and a vision test. With the test results in hand, I went into the consultation room. The doctor checked the inside of my eyelids and the condition of my cornea with a slit lamp microscope in order. He also examined my pupil response with a strong light. Then, I had to keep my eyes still while being tested by a device that fixed my chin, but the doctor kept asking if I felt uncomfortable throughout the test, so I was able to go through it without feeling tense. The test results showed no major issues with my cornea, but I was informed that my tear film was unstable, which could lead to my symptoms. They also continued with a questionnaire about my lifestyle habits and provided detailed guidance on how to use artificial tears and ways to rest my eyes when looking at a monitor for a long time. The treatment and testing process was systematic, and the explanation of the results using a model of an eye helped me understand better.

  I became interested in myopia correction surgery (laser vision correction) after a recommendation from a colleague, so I contacted the hospital. I had a phone consultation before the procedure, during which the attending physician explained all aspects in detail and kindly, including the surgical process, expected costs, recovery time, post-operative care, and pain management methods, making it easy to understand. I was able to ask all the questions I had during the consultation, and the doctor answered thoroughly, which gave me peace of mind. Even just through the phone consultation, I could sense the hospital's professionalism and reliability, and I got a glimpse of the staff's friendliness. Although I haven't undergone the surgery yet, I was satisfied with the consultation experience and plan to carefully decide whether to visit in person for the surgery in the future.

  The doctors were very kind, and the overall atmosphere of the clinic was wonderful. I wanted to visit again! It's quite unbelievable to say that I would return to a clinic, but this place truly excels in service!!! I love Busan so much that I traveled all the way from Incheon just to visit. I believe I'll leave with only good memories of Busan, haha! I hope I can visit again next time!!!! I'm seriously considering coming to Busan again because of the ophthalmology, haha. I don’t know when it will be, but I want to see the doctors again.
