  These days, I'm spending more time on my smartphone and laptop, so I've often been feeling tightness in my shoulders. The tension in the muscles around my neck has also increased, making me feel like I have tension headaches. It was really tough because my neck felt stiff and didn't turn easily when I tried to move it. I've tried exercising and even got injections, but I only felt better for a short time before ending up back where I started. So, I started looking for other options and came across Bonline Clinic. When I visited, the doctor was kind and gave a detailed diagnosis. After my diagnosis, I received manual therapy. Honestly, it hurt a bit when I received the therapy.
