I've been coming in every two weeks, and I was worried that my weight might have increased before my InBody test, but after consulting with the doctor after the test, I found out that my muscle mass has increased and my body fat has decreased. I wasnโt following a specific diet, so I was more concerned, but seeing the gradual decrease in body fat makes me feel like I can trust the doctor and just follow the program without worry.
