Suwon) Natural Korean Medicine Clinic: Prescription for Local Herbal Medicine

I went from the early 70s down to 62 after taking medication for several months, but I've now gone back up to 68. I’ve started taking the prescription again... 😢

I have been taking it for 2 weeks and will continue for an additional 2 weeks. It seems like there's about a week left. I've had some social drinking and might have overeaten a few days, but I've still lost weight compared to before I started. I think I will continue for a few more weeks~

All the doctors are very kind. It was my first time at the clinic and I was wondering what to do, but they asked me questions that helped a lot and explained everything I was curious about in a kind manner. I received excellent care. I had questions about adjusting my medication, and they explained everything very well, making me feel good about each visit. I also appreciate the daily messages; they remind me to take my medication regularly. Sometimes I forget to take my meds while working, but when I get those evening messages, they prompt me to think about my meds and take them. It's becoming a routine for me. I really like how kind the doctors are, and it's wonderful to have such positive experiences during my visits.
