I came for an event and finally gathered the courage to start the treatment I've been putting off~ The desk coordinators were pretty and kind, creating a wonderful atmosphere right from the start. I had a panoramic dental X-ray and was assigned to the consultation manager, and started the implantation of 6 teeth the very next day~ Dr. Hong Jin-ho seems to be a true expert; it was painful, but thanks to his detailed explanations and ability to help me stay calm, the surgery and bone grafting were completed successfully!! They created and adjusted the temporary teeth right at the hospital, and everything went smoothly. Today, I had the stitches removed. When the temporary teeth didn't fit perfectly, they even made adjustments, so I recommended my sister and daughter to have their dental work done here as well. I absolutely recommend Live Dental Clinic!

The reviews and reputation were already very good, highlighting the expertise of the hospital, but upon visiting, I was impressed by how friendly both the doctor and the nurses were. They explained everything clearly and ensured I felt comfortable, making me trust their care. Without comparing with other places, I decided to proceed with the treatment right away. They explained the treatment process in great detail and with such kindness that I felt reassured, and I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything to the accompanying guardian as well. I also got the impression that they manage their facilities and equipment very thoroughly. It’s frustrating that I didn’t know about Live Dental earlier and went to another dental clinic. The pricing is reasonable, and visiting Live Dental has significantly reduced my worries. Thank you.

This is the first time I've experienced such a hospital in my life. I have been suffering from tongue pain and inflammation for several months, so I initially visited an ENT and a general dentist. Both recommended that I see a specialist at a dental hospital with oral medicine experts, which is why I went there. To cut to the chase, it was truly the worst experience. I had an appointment and arrived on time. From the reception, the attitude towards patients was unfriendly, and even when I explained that I was worried due to my symptoms, it felt like they weren't listening at all. Even though I had an appointment, I waited for 2 hours!! Is this acceptable??? I was the only one remaining in the hospital as it was closing time! The doctor was also absurd. After a cursory examination of my tongue, all they did was repeat vague statements without providing clear explanations. What do tongue pain and inflammation have to do with neck muscle tension?? They told me to get physical therapy because it's related to neck muscle tension?? I'm the one with tongue pain and inflammation, right??? I had high hopes since they were oral medicine specialists, but the 2-hour wait was a waste of time, as was the short consultation I received!! I never want to go back to that hospital again!!!!

I had an implant at Live Dental Hospital. The environment is pleasant and very nice. Today, I had a consultation with Dr. Hong Jin-ho. The doctor seems very meticulous and skilled. I trust this hospital that even checks for hemostasis. Before the surgery, they conducted a thorough diagnosis, and I really appreciate their efforts. Nurse Ryu Seung-ji explained everything very kindly and did an excellent job with the scaling, so I asked her to see me again next time. I came here through a recommendation from Manager Kim Yu-young, and this hospital is great. Next time, I will introduce it to others as well.
