It has been exactly one month since my rhinoplasty, so I’m writing this review. I had my bulbous nose corrected, a silicone implant placed in the bridge, and septal cartilage used for the tip. The significant swelling around the area between my eyebrows and the bridge, which was still quite pronounced up until the second week after surgery, has now gone down by more than 80%, and my nose looks fairly natural. There is still some residual swelling at the tip, so it feels firm when I touch it, but I can clearly see that my bulbous-looking nose has become slimmer. The side profile is also settling into the pretty, straight, softly upturned shape I wanted. I haven’t had any pain at all, and the incision inside my nose has completely healed. I’m still being careful not to blow my nose forcefully, so I’m taking care of it with cotton swabs. The pulling sensation at the tip when I smiled has also become much softer now that I’m one month out. I’ve been hearing a lot from people around me that it looks natural, so I’m very satisfied and looking forward to seeing how it looks as the remaining swelling goes down.

I got double eyelid surgery, and it looks natural and pretty. I’m very satisfied with it.

It's already been a month since I had my eyelid surgery. I usually had a double eyelid that was very close to being monolid, and I often heard people say my eyes looked tired and heavy. It was always such a hassle to put on double eyelid tape whenever I did my makeup, and I felt like my eyelids were sagging, so I finally decided to go through with the surgery after a lot of thinking. Since I wanted a natural look, after a long consultation with the doctor, we decided on a buried suture technique with a touch of fat removal. I was really nervous on the day of the surgery, but there was only a slight sting during the anesthesia, and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure at all. The surgery took about thirty minutes, which was much quicker than I expected, almost to the point of feeling anticlimactic. For the first three days after the surgery, I was a little worried because there was swelling and bruising. But I followed the hospital's advice and did cold compresses diligently and took light walks, and by day four, the swelling noticeably started to go down. A week later, after the stitches were removed, my eyes felt much lighter and more comfortable when I opened them. Now, a month later, most of the residual swelling has dissipated, and my eyes have settled into the exact in-and-out line I wanted. My friends around me say the line isn’t too excessive and looks natural, and they compliment how my features stand out more and look fresh.
