    I decided to get an eyelid surgery because my eyelids were making my eyes look heavy. Right after the surgery, there was more swelling and redness than I expected, and I thought maybe I shouldn't have done it. But after about 2-3 weeks, things started to look much more natural. The change wasn't dramatically making my eyes huge, but getting rid of the excess skin made my eyes look fresher, and the heavy feeling went away. Now, when I wear makeup, my eyes seem to pop more than before. People around me didn't really notice that I had surgery; they just said I looked cleaner and more refreshed.
