About This Treatment
This revision rhinoplasty is customized considering individual facial structure and nasal condition.
After removing the existing implant, we reorganize the insertion space and soft tissue imbalance and insert a new implant suitable for the nasal bridge.
In cases where the nose has shortened due to contracture, we release the adhesions and improve the angle of the nasal tip using connecting grafts or autologous dermis.
In the presence of inflammation or contracture, we remove the implant, treat the inflammation, and improve the nose shape using autologous tissue.
