Revision Surgery
01 When the double eyelid is too thick
Please note that side effects such as inflammation, bleeding, and infection may occur after the procedure.
This occurs when the double eyelid line is made too high or when ptosis is
not corrected and only double eyelid surgery is performed. In such cases,
revision surgery is performed by reducing the size of the upper double eyelid
while simultaneously removing scars and excess tissue from the lower area.
Severe left-right asymmetry
Please be aware that complications such as inflammation, bleeding, or infection may occur after the procedure.
This refers to cases where there is a noticeable difference in the shape or size of the
double eyelids between the left and right eyes. It often occurs when one side of the
double eyelid has loosened or when the height of the eyelid lines is different. In such
cases, revision surgery can be performed to correct one or both sides for symmetry.
If you have scars from previous surgery
or your eyes became smaller after surgery
Please be aware that complications such as inflammation, bleeding, or infection may occur after the procedure.
If you have ptosis (weak eyelid muscles) that was not corrected and only double eyelid surgery
was performed, or if your eyes became excessively round because the vertical and horizontal
lengths became almost equal after creating a double eyelid on short eyes, revision surgery can
correct these issues. Scars from previous surgeries can also be improved with revision surgery.
When the double eyelid line is too thin
or the shape is not attractive
Please note that side effects such as inflammation, bleeding, and infection may occur after the procedure.
If the double eyelid line is too thin or the shape is unsatisfactory, the original line can be ignored,
and a new line can be created above it to adjust the size.
If the skin above the incision covers the line and makes it look smaller,
it can be improved with a revision surgery that removes the excess skin and re-fixes the line.
When the double eyelid line becomes faint
Please be aware that side effects such as inflammation, bleeding, or infection may occur after the procedure.
This refers to cases where, after the swelling has completely subsided following
surgery, the double eyelid line becomes faint as if it has loosened. In such
cases, a simple non-incisional revision surgery can improve the eye shape.

It maintains a consistent width, making it suitable for Asian eyes,

from the middle and continues as a thin line to the end. This type of line looks
natural with minimal change after surgery, but the line may be hidden by

The double eyelid line starts from the inner corner and extends outward,
maintaining a consistent width. After surgery, the crease is formed higher,
making it suitable for those with a high nose bridge and deep-set eyes, such
