I got an anti-inflammatory injection and the Quad-Say + Juvelook Skin treatment. When I visited on Tuesday, there was less waiting than usual, so it felt nice and relaxed! I was worried Quad-Say would hurt, but they applied the numbing cream very thoroughly, and after leaving it on for 30 minutes, I didn’t feel any pain at all during the procedure! The doctor first identified the areas I was concerned about and treated them accordingly, and explained everything well throughout the procedure, so I was able to relax! The hand-injected Skin Booster was really painful and caused a lot of raised bumps, but Quad-Say barely left any marks! I feel like I could even make plans for the very next day!! I didn’t add any post-treatment care, but if you’re getting a Skin Booster, I think adding the care would help with absorption!! I went home and put on a modeling mask right away. I hope it works hehe

I was debating whether to get one or two spots injected, but they said it was a good time to treat both, so I went ahead and got both done~~ I like that it’s close to Guri Station. The acne injections were 5,500 won per spot. I also like that Maypure has the same prices at every branch. It’s always a busy branch, so the wait can be long, but I think they have a lot of customers because the prices, thoroughness, and range of treatment options are all well-balanced! I’ve been bothered by my skin texture and lingering red marks because of acne, so today I went to Maypure Dermatology and had a Pico Fractional Laser treatment and an Aqua Peel. At first, I was worried that the Pico Fractional Laser would be very painful, but they applied plenty of numbing cream before starting, so it was more tolerable than I expected. There was some stinging and a feeling of heat, but the treatment didn’t take very long, and I felt reassured because they checked on my condition from time to time. The Aqua Peel made my nose and chin, where sebum and blackheads tend to build up, feel especially refreshed and clean. After the treatment, my face is a little red and sensitive, so I’m going to make sure to use recovery cream, moisturize well, and protect my skin from the sun. Rather than expecting a dramatic change right away, I’m looking forward to seeing how my skin texture and blemish marks improve over the next few days. Overall, I was happy with how clean and comfortable the whole experience was, from the consultation through the treatment.

Last time, I got Vitaran and skin tag removal, and I was so satisfied with both the reasonable prices and the treatments that I decided to come back. This time, I got Dermal Filler, Radiesse, and an Aqua Peel. The consultation coordinator was also very kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I especially liked that it wasn’t one of those factory-like clinics. Whenever I go to a dermatology clinic, it’s usually crowded, hectic, and exhausting, but it’s not like that here! The facilities were kept very clean, and since we arrived on time for our appointment, we didn't have to wait long either, so I was very satisfied. My sibling was so happy with the experience that they're already suggesting we come together again for the next session. The male doctor is kind and does a great job. Every time I go, the front desk staff are friendly, and I can apply recovery cream and sunscreen after the laser treatment. They also provide hair ties, so I can use one if I need it, and they regularly have various events, so whenever I need a treatment, I get it during one of the events. When I go in the morning, I can get the treatment without waiting. The male doctor does my laser treatments, and he’s kind and very thorough. Since he takes good care of me, I keep going regularly. It’s cheaper when I purchase a package of 10 sessions, so I always buy them in groups of 10. It’s much cheaper than other clinics and convenient for my route, so I keep using it. The clinic is also clean, and I like that parking registration is available.

I came to Guui Station looking for a place that does procedures well, and Maypure Clinic came up, so I decided to come here. I had hair removal done three times before, and the doctor was very thorough, while everyone worked quickly. Today I came to have my flat warts removed, and everyone was kind and explained everything in a clear, systematic way. They also offered a discount for flat wart removal, so the cost for my entire face was more reasonable than I expected. I also have some freckles, and I came because I wanted to get rid of those as much as possible too. I’ll have to keep watching how things progress, but both the clinic and its facilities are clean, and the prices are fairly reasonable, so I think I’ll keep coming back. I’ll watch the results and see if all the warts and freckles disappear, haha.

Even if I don’t go very often, consistency is important, so I should keep getting the treatments. May Pure offers good value for money. They also have events and a points program, so I’m satisfied.

The doctor was kind, too, so I think it would be fine to keep going there.

I got Botox in my forehead and Cobblestone Chin Botox. It was my first time getting it in my forehead, and before the injections, they explained that the purpose wasn’t to smooth out the wrinkles already there, but to paralyze the forehead muscles to prevent wrinkles and make them less noticeable. They also said that results can vary a lot from person to person. Before injecting, they disinfected the area with an alcohol swab and applied a cooling stick. I’d heard that forehead injections could be painful, so I was nervous. But it wasn’t as painful as I expected, and they injected four spots on each side one after another. They said my forehead might feel heavy, but it felt fine on the first day. After sleeping and waking up, though, I felt a heavy, uncomfortable sensation when I tensed my forehead or opened my eyes wide. I’ll keep applying the cooling stick from time to time.

I also tried InMode and Shurink at the same time. InMode is a treatment that can help tidy up unwanted areas of the face and improve firmness, so I thought it would suit me since I was concerned about my jawline and lower face. During the treatment, I felt warmth, and depending on the area, there was a slightly hot or tingling sensation, but it was more tolerable than I expected. I was nervous at first, but the person performing the treatment kept checking in to see if I was uncomfortable, which made the experience much easier. Shurink is a HIFU treatment, so it felt different from InMode. I could feel the energy being delivered beneath the skin, along with a slight prickling or tingling sensation, but personally, it was still completely bearable. Since I had the treatment done across my whole face, I liked that afterward my face felt a little more refined overall. Rather than expecting my face shape to change dramatically right away, I think it’s better to view it as something that helps improve firmness and define the contours through consistent care. Overall, the clinic had a clean atmosphere, and I liked that when I explained the areas I was concerned about during the consultation, they tailored their explanations to those concerns. It didn’t feel like they were pushing me to add one treatment after another; they focused on the areas I wanted to address, which made me feel less pressured. I tried several treatments at once, from hair removal to lifting, but each one didn’t take very long, so it was convenient to visit between other plans. I found this place through a recommendation from a coworker. The doctors are nice, and since it’s close to my home, I can come straight home after the procedure without feeling embarrassed walking around, which I really like.
