I visited because I needed to get medical care, and the appointment was much more comfortable than I expected. The staff were friendly, and the doctor asked detailed questions about my symptoms and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. I had quite a few questions, but the doctor answered them all without making me feel like I was being a bother, so I felt reassured. I also felt that the examination was very thorough, so if I need medical care again, I plan to come back here. Overall, I was very satisfied!

I went to see a female doctor at a place near my home because I’d heard good things about it, and the facilities were nice too, so I decided to visit for the first time. It was great that they had appointments available until late, so I could go after work. They took good care of me and were very kind and thorough during the consultation. I had something like a tiny pimple, and I pressed it with my fingernail, but I guess that was a mistake because it started hurting every time I sat down and gradually got bigger. I was worried when I went in, but they were concerned with me and gave me a thorough consultation. I’ll take the antibiotics and go back again on Saturday, but I really hope it gets better soon. It’s in such an awkward spot that it’s hard even to sit down, like someone with hemorrhoids. It’s hard to find a good OB-GYN, so if I get better after taking the medicine, I think I’ll make this my regular clinic~

She’s kind every time I come in and never rushes through the consultation as if she’s pressed for time, so I feel comfortable discussing things with her! She doesn’t over-treat, and she honestly tells me when an examination or prescription isn’t necessary, so I trust her and follow her advice. There are always a lot of patients whenever I go, and now I understand why! Appointments are available, so if you go at your scheduled time, the wait is shorter, which is convenient and great. They said the results wouldn’t be available right away and would be sent by text in 3–4 days. Parking was easier than I expected, too. If you’re more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it may be canceled or the wait could become very long, so I definitely recommend making an appointment in advance before visiting. (I made a Naver reservation and then went!) The pharmacy on the first floor is a large pharmacy, so the medication is cheaper than at other places, and you can even stock up on basic medicines haha
