Apple OB-GYN Clinic, Suwon Branch

I started going to Apple OB-GYN because my periods were irregular. When visiting, I find it convenient and helpful to make an appointment through Naver! After checking in, the coordinator gives me a brief consultation first, and then I meet with the doctor. Everyone was so kind that I was able to visit the clinic without feeling uncomfortable. I also appreciated how thoroughly they explained the things I was concerned about. I think I’ll continue making appointments and going there in the future!

The clinic was clean, and they took the time to give me such kind, thorough counseling, so I’m very satisfied. They even called me in separately to ask about personal matters carefully, and the doctor was also very kind and reassuring, telling me that things would get better. They said my condition would improve, so let’s work hard together, and that made me want to stay positive and do my best too!

I visited because of irregular periods and cystitis! Dr. Chae Song-hwa explained everything very kindly, and there was no unnecessary treatment. If you make an appointment before visiting, you can be seen earlier, and even if you come without an appointment, you can still be seen—there may just be a wait.

The front desk staff, doctor, and nurses are all very kind. I’ve been going to this clinic for a long time. You can choose your doctor, and I like that they’re all women.

I’m taking Visanne while keeping track of the cyst size, and the doctor is really kind and nice. They also do the ultrasound carefully without causing any pain, which I like. I’m satisfied, so I’ve been going there for 10 months now and plan to keep going. I recommend this place if you’re looking for an OB-GYN.

The doctor is so kind and I really like them. Even when there’s a wait, it doesn’t take too long, so I’m settling in here as my secondary hospital!! The staff are kind too, and parking registration is easy. When you get an ultrasound, they also provide a QR code in the app!! It’s very convenient.

I recently started feeling some discomfort, so I came in for a checkup. Thank you for being so kind and getting me seen so quickly~~ The waiting area was spacious, and the parking was convenient too. I really liked it~ I had a thorough checkup and treatment, and I’m heading home now. Thank you!

The visit and consultation were quick, and everything went smoothly without much pain after the surgery. Also, the front desk staff, the nurse who guided me, and the doctor were all kind. Above all, since the doctor was also a woman, I felt at least a little more comfortable having the surgery!

After making an appointment, I was able to check in and see the doctor right away without waiting long! I go to this clinic about once every three months mostly to get my prescriptions, and every time I visit, the staff at the reception desk always welcome me with a greeting. There seem to be about three doctors, and every single one of them is so kind!!! Whenever I ask about something I’m curious about, they explain it in a way that’s easy to understand. And, how should I put it—recommendations? Advice? They even let me know upfront that there are options like this! There are so many clinics in Ingye-dong, Suwon, and although I haven’t been to many of them, Apple OB-GYN is really kind and great :) I’m not sure whether it’s okay to recommend a hospital, but it’s not like going to the hospital is something you necessarily want to do~

Brazilian? I had laser hair removal done by Dr. Chae Song-hwa. It really... really hurts ㅜㅜ I’ve never had waxing done, and I’m pretty sensitive, plus my hair is on the thicker side, so maybe that’s why... I started without anesthesia for a bit, then had them apply anesthesia and continued. If you’re determined to get rid of all of it, go for it... The surprising thing is that the pain is only momentary—it hurts briefly for less than a second during the treatment, and the strong airflow? made the pain subside right away. It didn’t hurt afterward either. I’m not sure if it would sting more if you have sensitive skin; my skin is pretty tough... The doctor will adjust the treatment according to your skin condition and pain tolerance, so I don’t think you need to worry about that. The parts that are similar in color to my skin were removed quickly, but I’m not sure if the hair there is naturally stronger—the darker areas had less of a hair-removal effect than I expected. That area also has more delicate skin, so it hurt more too... Originally, I was only going to have the shape cleaned up, but apparently these days they remove everything, so I had it all removed. Be prepared, because it really hurts. For reference, I’m someone who can tolerate really painful acupuncture at a Korean Medicine Clinic and even postoperative pain pretty well...

I went back to have the ultrasound checked again and to hear the results of my blood test. When I told the doctor that the cyst had grown quite large and that I had made an appointment at a university hospital for next week, the doctor said they would write me a referral right away. They said the levels weren’t bad, but because the cyst had grown so much, surgery would be necessary, so I should make an appointment in advance. The doctor was very attentive and kind, and answered all my questions clearly and right away, so I was at least able to receive my care feeling more at ease. I had gone to my first appointment feeling very worried, and I was supposed to come back again in two months, but since they told me to continue monitoring my progress while being seen at the university hospital, I thanked them and left. I guess there’s a reason there are so many people waiting here. If I ever need gynecological care or have a chance to recommend a hospital, I’d like to recommend Apple.

After searching for Apple OB-GYN online, I made an appointment in advance through Naver. It’s great that I can be seen right away without waiting when I come in :) I’m a little worried about seeing an OB-GYN, but Apple OB-GYN has a female director, so I feel comfortable during my appointments. She explains everything in detail and is very kind, which makes me feel even more at ease. The staff at the counter were also considerate when discussing sensitive matters and explained everything kindly, which I really appreciated. The clinic is kept very clean, so I don’t feel uncomfortable or uneasy at all when getting examined. I think I’ll stick with this OB-GYN clinic and continue coming here regularly.

I came in because I thought I was having symptoms of a bladder infection. I made an appointment in advance, but since it was my first visit, I filled out my information, spoke with a nurse about my symptoms before the consultation, and then waited! All the nurses were so kind, which was nice. The facilities were also neat and clean, so if I need to see an OB-GYN again, I think I’ll come back here! Maybe because I had made an appointment in advance, I was seen almost exactly at my scheduled time. After the urine test, I saw Dr. Na Yoo-jin. She had a pleasant impression, was kind, and explained everything in detail. As expected, she said there were bacteria and blood in my urine, and prescribed me five days’ worth of medication. She told me to come back in a week for another test. There didn’t seem to be any procedure photos to attach for a urine test, so I’m uploading a photo of the medication I was prescribed instead ㅜ

I visited for an ultrasound examination! You can be seen more quickly if you make an appointment, but you can still receive care even if you visit without one. The inside of the hospital was neat and clean, so I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Before my consultation, the nurses spoke with me in advance in the lobby. They were kind and asked detailed questions, so I felt comfortable talking with them! After waiting for a little while, I went in for my consultation. The doctor carefully explained my symptoms and showed me photos while providing information, which made it easy to understand even the parts that were difficult to follow. I’m satisfied because there was nothing uncomfortable about receiving care.

The OB-GYN facility is very clean. The waiting area is also very spacious, so I was able to wait comfortably at a distance from the other patients instead of sitting right next to them. The music playing in the waiting area was soft and relaxing, and there were plenty of things to look at, so waiting wasn’t boring. It was nice that there was a lot to read and look at, such as procedure information and magazines. The doctor was very kind, and the consultation area was very private, so I felt comfortable receiving care without any worries. The explanations during the consultation were easy to understand and very detailed. I called to ask some questions before visiting, and I was happy that the phone consultation was also very kind and thorough. I’ll visit again next time~!!

This was my first visit to an OB-GYN, and everyone—from the coordinator nurses to the doctors—was incredibly kind. I was a little nervous since it was my first time, but they explained everything carefully and made me feel comfortable, so I was able to relax and receive my consultation. The parking lot was spacious and convenient to use. The inside of the hospital was also clean, comfortable, and spacious, which I liked. These days, I usually have to wait after checking in, but they saw me quickly, so I was happy.

I visited because my period hadn’t started. It’s a hospital near my home, so I’m a regular patient there, and the doctors are always kind and wonderful. However, if you visit without an appointment, the wait can be a bit long. Whenever I have a gynecological issue, I come here. It’s best to make a reservation through Naver before visiting. The hospital is also clean, and the waiting area is very spacious. They do a thorough job with ultrasounds, and the doctors are very trustworthy.

The staff are kind, the clinic is comfortable, and the doctor explains everything thoroughly.

The parking lot is spacious, the building is easy to find, and the hospital lobby is also spacious and pleasant.
