I usually engage in outdoor activities almost every day, so I have a lot of freckles and blemishes, but I am particularly concerned about the spots near my eyes. I saw an event and decided to apply for a visit. The consultation manager was very kind and we had a lot of discussions. I knew it wouldn’t be a short-term solution, but the photos of the freckles and blemishes were truly shocking. I need to make a plan and commit to attending regularly for 6 months.

I went for a Botox consultation because of my forehead wrinkles, and the first visit event was so affordable that I ended up getting the treatment done. I was advised that for an overall wrinkle and whitening consultation, I should remove my makeup and take photos, so today I only received Botox on my forehead. If the results are good, I plan to go back soon without makeup for a consultation and treatment. I was surprised at how simple it was. They said it takes a few days for the effects to show, so I hope it works well.

The interior is really clean and it's very convenient for parking, which is great. I received quick treatment without having to wait for a long time. I got Botox for my frown lines; it was a bit stingy but tolerable. The effects are definitely noticeable afterward, and my wrinkles flatten out. I recommend it and will be coming here in the future!

I was nervous and scared because it was my first dermatology procedure, but the consultant explained everything kindly, and both doctors eased my tension with their friendly words, so everything went smoothly.

We took our middle-school-aged daughter in for acne treatment and a laser treatment to remove peach fuzz. After extracting her acne, they gave her a disposable razor and told her to shave her entire face before the peach-fuzz removal... Does it make any sense to tell her to shave with a razor when her face had just been extracted and was covered in open pores? On top of that, they gave it to a child who had never used a razor before... Even adults say they cut themselves a lot shaving their mustaches, let alone on the face, which has so many curves... I also can't understand why they would give a minor a razor, and they didn't discuss it with us or ask for our consent even though the parents were clearly sitting in the waiting room... Of course, our daughter's face ended up completely wrecked... I asked to speak with the doctor, but they refused. The next day, the scarring on her face was so severe that I called the clinic and asked what we were supposed to do about it... I asked to consult with the doctor, but they refused again... Eventually, after I posted about it on Naver so other people could see it, they called me... I reported it through the online civil complaint system and arranged a time to visit with a public health center employee, but they snapped at the public health center worker, who was old enough to be his father, saying, “What are you doing bothering busy people?”... Excuse me... what about my child’s face? Am I not busy too? Do you think the public health center employees have nothing else to do and came here for fun???... They said that not getting parental consent was wrong, but that having her shave her face with a razor was not improper treatment at all... (We’re currently taking her to a local dermatologist for regenerative treatment, and the dermatologist said they couldn’t understand why anyone would tell her to remove hair with a razor immediately after acne extraction... Anyone with common sense can see that there’s a risk of infection, and obviously this shouldn’t have been done, right?)... The way they treated the public health center employees and the patient’s guardian was completely unacceptable... Their treatment caused our child to get hurt, yet instead of apologizing, they actually raised their voices at us... In the end, they reluctantly said, “Sorry, okay? Are you satisfied now?” We didn’t want to exchange another word with them, so we left. They said they would handle it through insurance, but it’s been almost a year and they still haven’t done it... At one point, the public health center told me the insurance claim still hadn’t been processed... I asked them to take care of it quickly, but they still haven’t. Now that I look at it, another verified post says that someone experienced severe eyelid drooping after getting Botox, and when they tried to speak with the doctor, they were refused as well... They eventually managed to have a consultation after waiting, but apparently the clinic reported them to the police for interfering with business, claiming they had yelled because they were offended by the patient’s attitude... I guess they handle everything this way. No matter how much of a factory it is, shouldn’t they be addressing and resolving patients’ concerns as they come up?..

This was my first visit to a dermatology clinic, and I was very satisfied overall. The inside of the clinic was clean and organized, which gave me a sense of trust the moment I walked in. The staff treated me kindly, which eased my anxiety and allowed me to feel comfortable during the consultation. I was particularly impressed with how thoroughly they assessed my skin condition since it was my first visit. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand regarding my skin type and concerns. Even before the Botox procedure, they kindly guided me through the different types, effects, duration, and even possible side effects, which made me feel reassured. The entire process from the consultation to treatment went quickly and efficiently, so I didn’t feel pressured for time, and I appreciated not having to wait unnecessarily long. Overall, it’s a place where you can really feel the professionalism and friendliness, so I would definitely consider coming back!

I made an appointment for nasolabial folds and frown lines and just came back. The clinic is spacious and clean, which I appreciated, and the staff were friendly, making me feel good. I received 600 shots of Ultherapy, as well as fillers and Botox for the frown lines and nasolabial folds. The Ultherapy was done by a female doctor, while the fillers and Botox were administered by a male doctor. I was quite nervous, but both doctors helped relax me during the procedures. I thought it would be extremely painful, but with the application of numbing cream and injections, it was only a bit uncomfortable.

After getting Forehead Botox, I experienced side effects including drooping eyes, swollen eyelids, and distorted eye shape. It was a factory-style clinic, and although I went back because of the side effects, it was difficult to see a doctor. I waited an hour and finally met with the doctor, but when they became upset during the consultation, they called the police and had the patient removed. I absolutely did not raise my voice, but they claimed that I was shouting and disrupting the consultation. Fortunately, I had recorded the conversation, so I was able to prove that I hadn’t been shouting. But the doctor said, “Do you have to go ‘Aah~~’ for it to count as shouting?!” They interrupted me and claimed that they had only said what they needed to say. But that wasn’t true either, as you can hear from the recording. As soon as I said that they had performed the procedure carelessly, they took offense, immediately pointed a finger at me, said they were calling the police, and walked out. Apparently, whenever a patient makes them uncomfortable, they just call the police. Forehead Botox can cause drooping eyes as a side effect, and since every patient’s muscles and skin condition are different, the injection location and dosage are important. More than anything, I specifically asked during the consultation for the procedure to be done in a way that wouldn’t make my eyes feel heavy. But before the procedure, the doctor did nothing to examine my muscle movements or even mention them—just quickly fired off all the injections one after another and left. Yet they kept insisting to the very end that they had examined everything carefully and performed the procedure properly!! Even while looking right at my eyes, which were swollen and drooping from the side effects!! Thinking about it now, I don’t know what this doctor’s specialty is, and there’s no information at all about their background. I can’t believe I trusted them with my face. The shamelessness of promoting cheap event prices, then acting aggressive and ignoring patients even when side effects occurred, and using the police as their own tool for handling complaints, was truly unbelievable.

Thanks to the kind consultant and the two doctors, I was very scared and nervous, but everything went smoothly. See you again in a year.

The interior of the clinic was clean and had a calming atmosphere, and overall, the service was attentive, leading to a high level of satisfaction. I would recommend this clinic for those considering skin care or treatments, as it provides a welcoming environment for consultations.

I was recommended to visit and it was indeed great. I'm very satisfied. All the staff are kind, and the doctor explains everything well and provides thorough care.

During the change of seasons, my skin became extremely dry and rough, so I received the Rejuran Healer treatment. The dryness has vanished, and I feel really good; my makeup applies nicely too.

I think it would be nice to have a smooth hair removal before summer. The results last long and are great.
