This was my first time at the hospital, and I really appreciated how well they guided me from the moment I entered and explained the treatment so kindly. Even while I was getting the injection, they took good care of me and brought me a hot pack, so I was able to receive it comfortably and stay warm
The physical therapist is kind and nice, but the other nurses treat me like I’m invisible. The doctor is just so-so, too.
