After giving it a lot of thought, I switched here from the hospital I had been going to, and I really feel like I made the right decision. The doctor listened kindly to every single question I had and provided care that was accurate, quick, and clear, which put my mind much more at ease. The explanations were also easy to understand, so I was able to get a clear picture of my condition. I also really trust the fact that they point out only what’s actually necessary, without over-treating. At my previous hospital, they would just take a quick look, order tests without even telling me, and sometimes the staff wouldn’t check anything properly—they’d just take my money and send me on my way. Here, all the nurses and staff are so friendly that it puts me in a good mood. I plan to stick with this hospital from now on! Highly recommend it.

Last week, I went to Apple Obstetrics and Gynecology in Bucheon to receive the results of the tests I had done. After a week, I inquired via KakaoTalk to check if the results were available before going in. Abnormal findings were noted in the cervical dilation examination, so I underwent a biopsy for further evaluation. At the reception, they mentioned the price for two hemostatic agents, and indeed, after using both, the total cost for just the hemostatic agents turned out to be 65,000 KRW, bringing my total expenditure to about 110,000 KRW. I always feel anxious about how much it will cost each time I visit the obstetrics and gynecology department, but the staff and doctors are friendly and great. The environment is also clean, and I like that I can easily make reservations through Naver reservations and such.

They are super friendly, and if you make an appointment on a weekday, there's no waiting. I've been there twice, and both times the doctor and nurses were different. Once I had blood drawn and got an injection, and the other time I only got the injection, but even the spot where they drew blood bruised and it lasted over a week. I've never had a place that couldn't give a shot in the butt properly... They seemed to jab the needle in as if they were hitting me. The injection site bruised too. It was my first time getting bruised from a shot.. After my blood test, they tried to prescribe every possible supplement related to my results. I've been to many other hospitals for the same condition, and it felt excessive when they wanted to give me injections along with medication, so I won't be going back.

I went for issues with uterine fibroids and a cyst. I had a follow-up ultrasound after three months because of the cyst. They notified me via text that I needed to come in for the exam, so I wasn't surprised and was able to get tested easily. Overall, both the doctor and the nurses were kind and provided good information. The hospital was clean, which I appreciated for hygiene while visiting. I always make appointments through Naver, and it's convenient because I can book and go in without any hassle. I'm planning to go for another check-up in six months.

I was treated by Dr. Kim Jaeryeong, the director. I was scared when I walked into the examination room, but she treated me so gently and calmly, as if it were nothing, that I left feeling reassured. I guess I can trust her even more because she’s a female doctor. The results will be out in three days, and I’m anxiously hoping they’ll be good. Somehow, I have a feeling they will be. I think the atmosphere at the hospital helped put me at ease. This was the first place I visited after moving to Bucheon, and I feel like I made the right choice. I’d like to recommend it to my friends. I’m going to tell them to get their health checkups at Apple OB-GYN. It also seems like they have shots that help boost immunity, so I’m thinking of getting one of those too. I’m also planning to have my daughter get the Gardasil 9 vaccine. I’ve found a good OB-GYN, so I think I’ll be coming here a lot.

I came in because of itching. Before the consultation, I had a brief discussion at the front desk. They said the cost for some kind of disposable treatment would be around ten-something thousand won. They didn’t give me an exact amount, just said “around ten-something thousand,” so I assumed that was what it would be. During the doctor’s consultation, they said they had disinfected the itchy area and done an inflammation test, and that they would give me a mist that helps with dry skin. I thought they meant a prescription, so I finished the consultation and came out, but when I went to pay, there was a charge for an injection and a virus test, and the mist was something they sold at the clinic. I went back to the doctor and said that I had never been told about the injection beforehand, that I wasn’t going to have the virus test, and that I didn’t want to buy the mist. It feels like a place that sees patients as easy targets and is just trying to make money off them.

This is a clinic I keep coming back to for follow-up visits. I liked that they saw me quickly and treated me kindly even without an appointment.

The hospital is overall clean, and both the doctors and nurses are very friendly~ They provide thorough explanations, so I'm planning to stick with this place for my women's health care :-) However, there are a lot of patients, so the wait times can be a bit long...
