Recently, I haven't been sleeping well and the lack of sleep has made my previously painless neck start to hurt. As I explained my situation, he said that sleep is the best medicine and prescribed me a 5-day course of medication. I took it an hour before going to bed yesterday, and when I woke up this morning, I felt refreshed. I hope to continue sleeping well and staying healthy.
