I visited Orthopedics because the swelling in my finger didn’t go down after I injured it, and it hurt when I moved it. I explained how the injury happened and when the pain started, and they checked how much I could move my finger, as well as the areas with swelling and bruising. I had an X-ray to check for a fracture, and while looking at the images, they explained where the bone was damaged and how serious it was. I was told that moving my finger carelessly could make the pain worse, so keeping it immobilized and taking care during recovery are important. They also explained what to be careful about when using my hand in daily life and that I should come back for another appointment if the pain or swelling gets worse. For now, I’m going to be careful not to put too much strain on my finger and keep an eye on how it recovers.

While hiking down a mountain, I twisted my ankle and experienced severe pain, so I went to the hospital for treatment. It was swollen and hurt so much that I was really worried. The doctor carefully checked the condition of my ankle during the consultation and explained the extent of the damage and precautions in detail, which put my mind at ease. During the treatment process, they were attentive to my pain, making me feel less uncomfortable, and kindly explained the methods for cold and hot compresses and how to take care of myself at home. After a few days of treatment, the swelling and pain gradually decreased, making daily life much easier. I realized the risks of strenuous hiking again and learned the importance of getting proper treatment early for ankle injuries, making for a satisfying treatment experience.

I almost fell after twisting my ankle while going down the stairs, and after some time, it started to hurt a bit. I went to the hospital, got some X-rays, and during the check-up they said there was nothing wrong with the bone, but the ligament was slightly stretched. I got some cortisone treatment, used a heating pad, and went through physical therapy, so the pain is less now. I guess I need to keep getting treatment.
