My son had a fever and a bad cough from a cold, so we went to the hospital. The entire process, from registration to examination and testing, was calm and organized, which made me feel reassured as a guardian. The nurses kindly engaged with my son to make sure he wasn't too nervous, and they carefully examined the painful areas so he wouldn’t cry and could receive proper care. The doctor explained the causes of his cold, his current condition, and how to manage it at home in an easy-to-understand way, which was very helpful. They also thoroughly explained how to take the medication and precautions, which made me trust their care, and thanks to them, my child's symptoms improved quickly. Above all, I was very grateful for how consistently kind everyone was, and I felt that I would like to trust this hospital and return again in the future.
