My foot was hurting, so I got physical therapy and injections, but I was satisfied because the treatment cost was affordable and they didn't over-treat me.

I twisted my ankle while going up the stairs, and it started to hurt more and more, so I went to the hospital. After registering, I had some photos taken and received a consultation. The doctor said there were no issues with the bones, but that I had strained some muscles. After getting an injection and some physical therapy, I'm feeling a bit better now. I think I need to continue with the treatment.
