I initially thought it was just muscle pain, but since the symptoms weren't improving easily, I felt it was necessary to get a proper diagnosis.
I twisted my ankle while going up the stairs, and after a while it started to hurt and swell, so I went to the hospital for an X-ray and treatment. They said my ligament is a bit stretched. After getting an injection and some physical therapy, I feel a bit better now.
