I sprained my ankle and consulted Dr. Kim Sung-dae. My ankle was really swollen, so I received physical therapy and got a prescription for medication.

Both my thumbs have thickened tendons, and they wouldn't find their place so they felt stiff, making it very uncomfortable to use my hands, but it got better with injection therapy.
