A few days ago, my 4-year-old started having a runny nose and was really congested at night, which made it hard for him to sleep, so we visited an ENT clinic nearby. At first, I thought it might just be the early stages of a cold, but the congestion got worse and I noticed he was breathing through his mouth, which worried me. The doctor carefully examined his nose and thankfully said it didn't seem to be a severe inflammation, just symptoms of rhinitis or a mild cold. The doctor was really kind and spoke gently to my child so he wouldn't get scared, and the nurses were also very comforting, which helped us get through the examination without any issues. He cried a little during the nasal suctioning, but afterward, he seemed to breathe much easier. They also provided detailed instructions on nasal irrigation, as well as tips for managing indoor humidity, which were super helpful. When we got home, it seemed like his congestion had lessened a bit, which was a relief, and seeing him sleep soundly made me feel like visiting the clinic was the right decision.

I was impressed that instead of just prescribing medication right away, the doctor took the time to explain the causes of my worsening symptoms. The consultation was quick, but it didn't feel rushed; they also answered my questions thoughtfully. The entire process, from payment to discussing prescriptions, was organized, and I felt like I wouldn't hesitate to return for another visit.

The doctor has such a friendly demeanor, making me feel at ease during the consultation. There's no overservice, and it's a comfortable place to visit.
