The reason I sought orthopedic care was the recurring knee pain that started a few weeks ago. They explained my current joint condition while reviewing the X-ray results together, and although surgery wasn't necessary at this stage, they honestly informed me that if I delayed management, the pain could become chronic. Along with medication, I combined physical therapy, and the way they explained specific stretching methods I could do at home and lifestyle habits to reduce strain on my knee gave me a sense of guidance on how to take care of my body moving forward, rather than just treating the painful area, which eased my mind significantly.

I received treatment from the doctor because of issues with my joints and ligaments. With the guidance of the nurse, I explained the painful areas to the doctor, and he treated me. Thanks to the kind nurse, I received great care.

I felt like I was stuck in the morning and couldn't move at all. After getting some careful physical therapy, I feel a bit better now. I think I'll keep going regularly.
