I fractured my pinky finger while playing dodgeball at school and ended up visiting the hospital. At first, I was worried because the injury happened so suddenly, but the guidance from check-in through the consultation was better than I expected, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably. After taking X-rays, they explained the fracture in detail and clearly went over the treatment options and what I should be careful about going forward, which put me at ease. The staff were also kind and showed me where I needed to go, so overall I was very satisfied. I was worried because of the sudden injury, but I’m glad I was able to receive care calmly. Hopefully I won’t get injured again, but if I do, I think I would come back.

I visited the orthopedic department due to a fracture last time. From start to finish, they were kind and asked about the painful areas, which reassured me. The doctor explained the fracture condition and precautions in an easy-to-understand and friendly way, and answered my questions in detail, so I was able to recover safely over the 30 days without much worry. After 30 days of having the cast off, when I went for physical therapy, they were extremely kind and made sure I was safe. I was relieved that they took care of everything so I wouldn’t worry. I hope I won’t have to deal with another fracture, but if I do get a fracture or any pain, I think I will visit the orthopedic department again.
