The wait is too long.. The physical therapist is nice, but there were times when the responses from the front desk were unpleasant and it made me feel bad.

I must have slept wrong, because when I woke up my neck and shoulders are sore and hurting. The hospital reception was quick and the doctor explained everything well during the consultation. After getting an injection and physical therapy, I felt my body loosen up and it felt great.
