I had a really sore throat and a bad cough, so I visited an ENT specialist. The doctor thoroughly checked my condition. Since there was a severe inflammation, I received a prescription for an injection and medication. The hospital was clean. Although there was some waiting time, it was nice to wait comfortably in a cozy atmosphere. The nurses were also friendly, which made for a pleasant experience. The consultation room was tidy, and the injection room was small but cutely arranged. While I was waiting, there was equipment to check my blood pressure, so I decided to take a reading. After getting the jab, I felt like my cough had eased a bit, maybe just my imagination. I took my medication and decided to come back for a follow-up visit before leaving the hospital. I stopped by the pharmacy downstairs to get my prescription filled before heading home.

After checking my nose with an endoscope, they found inflammation, so I was prescribed antibiotics and a four-day medication. I also got a nasal spray because my stuffiness was severe. The hospital interior was clean, and the separation between the consultation rooms and the injection room was easy to navigate, which made it convenient. Not only the doctor but also the nurses were very kind and attentive. After the consultation, they checked all the necessary documents and issued them quickly. They explained the prescribed medications and the spray well. The waiting chairs were comfortable, so even though there were a few patients, I didn’t feel uncomfortable while waiting. Overall, I think I was able to receive my treatment comfortably.
