Seoul 365 Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic

My child had been coughing and having phlegm for several days, so we went to a pediatric hospital. Since it’s usually a busy hospital with long waiting times, I went expecting to wait for quite a while. But luckily, there weren’t many people waiting that day, so we were able to see the doctor almost right away. I had been worried because my child kept coughing, but the doctor carefully checked my child’s condition and provided treatment suited to the symptoms, which put me at ease. When you go to the hospital with a child, the longer the wait, the more difficult and exhausting it is. So I was really relieved that we were able to see the doctor quickly this time. I usually mentally prepare myself before visiting because there are often so many people waiting, but with fewer patients that day, it was much more comfortable. My child didn’t get tired or upset from waiting too long, and after the appointment, we picked up the medicine and have been letting my child rest well at home. I hope the cough and phlegm get better soon. I think we’ll come back when my child needs medical care again.

Thanks to that, I was able to understand my child’s condition and feel a little more reassured. Although this hospital tends to have long waits, I was glad that visiting early allowed us to receive treatment and get the tests done quickly. It’s a hospital I can trust when my child is sick, so I plan to come back whenever needed.

The clinic was clean, and the staff were friendly as well, so overall it was a very satisfying visit. It seems like a pediatric clinic I can trust when my child is sick, so I plan to come back whenever we need to.

My sixth-grade daughter woke up looking unwell this morning. We had packed kimbap and snacks to go to the park with her friends, but about three hours later, I got a call saying her stomach hurt. So, I took her to the hospital. Usually, there are a lot of people waiting on the weekends, but that day there weren't many, so we were able to see the doctor quickly. After the examination, the doctor said her stomach was bubbling. She's always had a weak stomach and often complains of pain, so I wonder if her intestines are just weak. After the check-up, she took her medicine and rested, and she's gradually recovering. This is a hospital we've been going to since she was very little, so she doesn't feel anxious about it. The doctors are really kind, and the nurses and the ones in the injection room are very pleasant and nice, but I did wish the receptionists were a bit more cheerful.

A few days ago, I had a sore throat and a stuffy nose, so I went to a local ENT and got some medication. I took it for 5 days, and while my throat feels fine, my nose is still blocked, I'm having a runny nose, and mucus keeps dripping down the back of my throat. I was hesitant to go back to that clinic because there were so many people waiting, but since my child caught a cold and we were at the pediatric clinic, I decided to get checked out too. Dr. Hanul, who always sees me, was off on my recent visits, so I had seen other doctors. Thankfully, she was there that day, and I could see her. All three doctors are great, but personally, I prefer Dr. Hanul because she is gentle and kind during the appointments.

There's a pediatrics office near my home that is open 365 days a year, so I've been using it conveniently since my child was little. The hospital is clean after the move, and all the doctors are kind. At certain times of the day, the wait can be really long, but if you avoid those times, you can get seen right away without waiting.

This pediatric clinic usually has a lot of sick kids, so without an appointment, the wait could have been long, but luckily we got in relatively quickly! The doctor asked detailed questions about my child's symptoms and conducted a thorough examination. He kindly explained the causes of the worsening cough and how to manage it, which put my mind at ease. He also mentioned that my child might have a fever at night, so I got some fever-reducer medicine as well. Thanks to the prescribed medication, my child seemed much more comfortable, and it was a satisfying visit overall. I hope my child gets better soon...

After the tests, they explained the results in detail and made it easy for me to understand the current state and what to watch out for. I was really worried about my child being in pain, but thanks to the calm and attentive care, I felt much more at ease. The hospital was well-maintained, and the nurses were friendly, making for an overall satisfying visit. I felt confident it was a hospital I could trust when my child is unwell, and I would recommend it to other guardians dealing with similar symptoms.

These days, the flu is going around the neighborhood, and the kids have colds... Thankfully, they say it doesn't seem to be the flu since there’s no fever. It's really convenient for us as patients that the hospital operates without any days off. Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Byeolnim, and I’m grateful for their kind care.
