The doctor is so kind and really cares for my child, it's a touching experience every time we go to this hospital. In pediatrics, while the doctor's skills are important, the warmth of the doctor in calming the child so they don't fear the hospital plays a huge role. The director here warmly greets the child at their eye level and keeps praising them throughout the examination, so my child is not scared and feels comfortable during the visit. When the doctor asks about symptoms or prescription medicine, he never shows any signs of irritation, and explains everything in detail in a way that’s easy for mom to understand. I'm always impressed by how he thoughtfully shares practical care tips on how to manage at home. The wait time is not long. Being able to see the doctor quickly without waiting is really convenient and satisfying from a guardian's perspective.
