Whenever my lower back acted up with a sharp twinge, I couldn’t even walk or straighten up, but after following the doctor’s advice to do the “100-Year Back” stretches, strength exercises, and running, I’ve gotten much better. The manual therapist was also very good and kind, which I really apprecia
