I’d been suffering from allergic rhinitis for almost a month. I visited three times and they changed my medication, but I wasn’t getting much better. At my last visit, I got a Vitamin IV Drip, and I definitely started feeling better. Since then, I’ve only been using a nasal spray.

I had to make an appointment for a consultation before the sleep test, so I went in for that. First, I was asked to fill out about three preliminary survey forms before the consultation. After submitting the forms at the desk, a staff member manually calculated my scores and passed them on to the doctor - the results reflect the quality of my sleep based on questions related to how many hours I sleep and how often I wake up. After submitting this, I took a 3D X-ray to assess my tonsils; in my case, there were no abnormalities with my sinuses or nasal bones, but they said my airways are narrow. After returning home, I checked back into the sleep center by 9 PM. They recommended going to bed early, but I had some work to finish, so I took the sleeping pill given by the hospital at 10 PM and fell asleep right away. The results will come out in a week, and all I have to do is fill out a simple questionnaire when I go back.

I received treatment from Dr. Kim Jae-wook. I visited because I was experiencing discomfort and pain in my ear. He put some medication in my ear and prescribed some medicine as well. The pain was really intense, and I had a tough time throughout the weekend, but I felt secure receiving treatment since he was very thorough. I got a prescription for three days' worth of medication, and I also received medicine to put in my ear. I hope to get better soon. The inside of the hospital felt clean and well-organized. When I returned after three days, I was hoping to be pain-free, and I think I need to take good care of myself to avoid fatigue. Even just speaking feels tight in my ear. I really hope I get better soon.

My beloved eldest daughter got tested for the flu and was diagnosed with Type B flu, and she even received IV fluids. The nurse in the injection room was really skilled and managed to place the IV perfectly on the first try😊. The nurse's expertise is truly top-notch. My daughter was anxious because she was feeling unwell, but thanks to the nurse's skilled hands, the IV and injection were done accurately in one go, which made our beloved daughter feel much more comfortable. Because of the thoughtful care, my child was able to regain her calm and finish the treatment with peace of mind. We left with much less worry, thanks to the kind and capable medical staff. It's just a short walk from Tangjeong Station, so the accessibility is great. Everything was wonderful, and I can't thank you enough for the excellent care^^.

The equipment here is state-of-the-art, so if you’re going to get treatment, I think it’s better to do it somewhere clean with the latest equipment. The staff were friendly, parking was convenient, and the doctor explained everything well.

When I visited the clinic, my name wasn't called for 15 minutes, and upon checking, I found out that the doctor was absent. After that, I requested to see another doctor, but even though I was supposed to be next, they kept calling other people's names first. When I questioned this, the clinic simply said they were handling things in order, and throughout this process, they were very rude.
