All of the nurses were so kind and explained everything in detail, so they answered all of my questions!! Before entering the hospital, there was a table where new visitors could fill out a registration form, and I personally really liked that! When the hospital is busy, standing at the reception desk as a new patient can sometimes inconvenience the patients who are already there. I could really see the thoughtfulness behind making things more comfortable for everyone! There were also chairs right next to it, which made it nice to wait. The process moved along quickly, and after my appointment, they answered all my questions about how I should proceed with treatment and whether I could wash, which put my mind much more at ease! I should have come sooner instead of putting it off~~ Parking is convenient too!!
