I developed inflammation in my shoulder, and I couldn’t fully extend my arm because the pain had become so severe. They checked it with an ultrasound and gave me an injection in the inflamed area. They also had me undergo extracorporeal shock wave therapy along with physical therapy, and told me I would need to come in about five times. I think my visit on the 17th was probably my fourth treatment. The doctor was very kind and explained everything so well that it was easy to understand. More than anything, I really liked that the hospital seemed to have excellent physical therapy services~^^

I noticed a tumor forming just below my waist, near the panty line, and thought it seemed to be getting bigger, so I went in for a consultation. It was my first visit, and after about 30 minutes of waiting, the orthopedic specialist saw me. He looked at it and said it was a skin cyst, checked the size with an ultrasound, and suggested surgery would be the best option. They immediately did local anesthesia and performed the surgery. The anesthesia shots were very painful, about 3 to 4 times, and I could feel something during the procedure, but it didn’t hurt. The surgery lasted around 5 minutes; they made the incision right after the anesthesia and removed the cyst quickly, so it didn't take long. The waiting time was much longer though. After the injections, I received a prescription and went home. I returned the next day to check if there was any blood pooling at the wound and then visited 3 more times over the next two to three days, eventually having the stitches removed after 10 days.

*The doctor listened carefully to my concerns and provided appropriate treatment. The physical therapists were also attentive in their care. I was a little disappointed that the office closed earlier than I expected.
