The doctors and the reception staff are thorough and kind. However, I felt that the physical therapy nurses were somewhat annoyed when I asked questions as a guardian, and their curt responses gave me a negative impression of the hospital.

The head doctor is very kind. However, even when a patient with a broken leg comes in, the nurses don't provide any care. You have to handle everything on your own. The reception staff are friendly, though.

*I came for an injection and physical therapy because my back was surprised from exercising. The doctor was kind, and the nurses and therapists were all wonderful. I felt better right after the injection.

The system is completely messed up, not even worth one star. It's not patient-oriented... the reception staff just call out names and that’s it... they tell people with bone and ligament pain to walk in, they should be the ones looking for patients. There’s no kindness at all, if they're too busy, they really should switch to someone more polite. It would be nice if they collected weight and personal information when taking in patients.
