I visited because my shoulders and back were feeling tight, and the clinic overall was clean and had a local orthopedic vibe, so it felt comfortable to walk in. The flow from registration to the consultation was pretty quick, so I didn't have to wait long, and the staff provided all the necessary information well. During the consultation, the doctor quickly checked the painful areas and any discomfort when moving, and then recommended physical therapy. I didn't get the feeling that they were unnecessarily increasing tests or treatments. The physical therapy room was tidy, and the therapist checked in again about where I was uncomfortable before proceeding, which made me feel reassured. During the treatment, they explained what they were doing and adjusted the intensity from time to time, so it wasn't too overwhelming. I didn't feel completely better after just one session, but afterwards, my body felt lighter and the tightness had decreased.

The hospital was clean, which I really liked. I'm thankful to the doctor for being thorough in the treatment. The staff were also very friendly.
