I had a little clear nasal discharge and discomfort and pain in my throat when swallowing, so I came in and was seen right away in a consultation room without any wait.

It’s usually pretty crowded, so there’s a bit of a wait, but the registration system is well organized, so my turn comes up sooner than expected. What makes me feel most reassured is that the doctor shows me the inside of my ears and throat directly on camera and explains each of my symptoms in detail. I also like that they prescribe only the medication I actually need, without over-treating me. After getting treated and taking the prescribed medicine, I noticeably feel better within a few days, so I recommend it to people around me too. The nurses are all very kind as well, so I always leave feeling good after my appointment. From now on, this is definitely my go-to ENT clinic.
