Dr. Kim Jung-bae is always kind. Even when there are many patients, he calmly explains everything we're curious about. I registered in the morning and saw the doctor in the afternoon, but after explaining my symptoms, it already felt like I was getting better.
My child was suffering a lot from a runny nose and cough due to a cold, so we visited Dr. Kim Jeong-bae's ENT clinic. There were many patients waiting, but I appreciated how thorough and kind the doctor was during the consultation.
I often visit because of respiratory issues with the elderly. The staff seems to handle everything so smoothly that even with many patients, it doesn’t feel crowded.
There is a really long wait, but they do a great job with the treatment. It’s tough because I can’t make an appointment.
The doctor really takes good care of you. I can see why there are so many patients.
