Because my left knee and ankle were in bad shape, I went to a lot of places near my new workplace, including Orthopedics, Rehabilitation Medicine, and Korean Medicine Clinics. I managed to take care of the immediate problem, but these days, whenever I have a day with a lot of exercise or activity, my ankle bone swells up and my knee starts bothering me too. I came here on a recommendation from someone I know, and I was so, so touched by the warm, caring treatment and physical therapy—something I had never experienced before. I received treatment and physical therapy over the course of about two hours, and it was truly a healing experience. At every other hospital I went to, I had X-rays and ultrasounds done, but the doctor here examined me by pressing around different areas to see what hurt and what didn’t, and told me that physical therapy alone should be enough~ Also, I really loved the hydro-pressure massage treatment, which I had never experienced at the hospitals I used to visit👍 They also gave me manual therapy, and it felt so good because they really worked out the painful areas and even taught me exercises to do. I think it would be great to come here regularly^^

My wrists and lower back hurt so, so badly from the middle of my pregnancy through after giving birth... I visited because I wanted to stop breastfeeding and get treatment! They opened this September, and the interior was really clean and well organized! On top of that, the doctor who examined me was very kind, and the therapists who gave me the massage were wonderful too. After taking X-rays, they focused the massage on my lower back, but since my wrist needs urgent attention, I’m planning to ask them to focus on my wrist during my next visit. For now, they gave me a wrist brace, haha.

Last Wednesday, while working out, I started feeling a cramping pain around my chest muscles. After finishing my workout, I worried that it might be a pectoralis major tear, so I went to the local Orthopedics clinic I usually visit, only to find out that it was closed. While I was wondering what to do, a sign that immediately caught my eye came into view. A Rehabilitation Medicine clinic had recently opened in the neighborhood. The name was 365 Pangyo Ttunteun Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic, and since it was 6 p.m. and they still seemed to be open, I decided to go in right away! My first visit and the specialist’s attentive consultation At first, it felt like a large, clean Orthopedics clinic with a bright white interior, but I found out that they also provide nerve treatment, injection therapy, and manual therapy. Even though it was late, the doctor kindly apologized for the delay, explaining that there were many patients. The doctor then performed a strength assessment and said that I should receive cold therapy that day and come back in two or three days to check my progress. In particular, the doctor recommended cold compresses first, explaining that taking anti-inflammatory medication right away when a muscle or ligament has been injured can interfere with the healing process. I’ve injured muscles and sprained ligaments fairly often while exercising and have been to many hospitals, but this was the first time I had met a doctor who explained the reasoning behind even these small details so thoroughly. Since it wasn’t yet clear how severe the injury was, I only received cold therapy that day. The doctor told me to come back immediately if I noticed any visible changes or bruising. My return visit on Monday and the systematic physical therapy program It wasn’t serious enough to be considered severe, but after the muscle suddenly cramped up, I still had a lingering tight, achy feeling, so I felt I should get checked out and went back this morning! The doctor carefully reassessed the strength in my chest and back, and since there didn’t seem to be any major problem, I decided to receive physical therapy and cold therapy. I also asked when I could start rehabilitation exercises. The guidance was somewhat conservative, but the doctor gave me detailed, step-by-step instructions, so I felt there was a significant difference compared with the clinics I had visited before. During today’s physical therapy, they provided not only a warm compress and infrared therapy, but also set up an air massager for my legs, even though the treatment was for my chest. It really made me feel that they pay close attention to taking care of their patients. Personalized care from an 18-year veteran therapist and manual stretching therapy I asked the therapists about the order of using warm and cold compresses 48 to 72 hours after an injury, as well as rehabilitation management. Maybe it was because the therapist had 18 years of experience, but they explained everything in detail without hesitation, which gave me a great deal of confidence. After the cold therapy was over, I thought the treatment was finished, but I also received a hydrotherapy massage treatment from a device that gently relaxes the entire body with water, almost like a water bed. When I thought that was the end, the therapist personally examined the injured area with their hands, guided me through stretching, and even explained how I should gradually return to exercise going forward. After hearing both the doctor’s and the therapist’s opinions, I felt confident that all I needed to do now was manage things properly on my own. A clinic that surprised me with its fees and even offers weekend appointments After all the treatments were finished, I paid the bill. Despite receiving such thorough and varied care, the cost was so reasonable that I thought it was an incredible bargain—and I almost felt sorry for paying so little! I also saw that they’re open for appointments on both Saturdays and Sundays without taking a break, which made me think that the director and therapists must work incredibly hard for their patients. If you’re looking for a clinic in Seopangyo where you can receive attentive treatment and complete care in a comfortable facility, I highly recommend visiting 365 Pangyo Ttunteun Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic. I’m sure you’ll leave feeling warmed not only physically, but emotionally as well!
