I really think it would be great if they had a reservation system in place! I hope they take a look at the reviews and make it happen!

It had only recently opened, so it was clean. There were a lot of people waiting, so I had to wait for a while. They recommended that I get an injection and an IV drip before leaving, so I did, but even for the IV drip, the wait was extremely long. Since the waiting time was so long, it made me feel less like coming back. If you plan to go, you should be prepared to wait.

I received a prescription, including medication, along with specific lifestyle management tips like adjusting headphone usage time, reducing temperature differences, and changing positions while sleeping – all practical advice. After a few days of following their recommendations, I noticed a definite improvement in the stuffiness and ringing in my ears. I appreciated the precise examinations and explanations without any unnecessary procedures, and I felt reassured that I could visit again without worry if I experienced any discomfort in the future.

The doctor is kind, and maybe they're not very experienced since they're young, but they're really careful and attentive. Since I've been going to ENT for a long time, I can recognize it right away. Haha.
